Each and every member of the DNS Contracting team are site development professionals and have extensive experience with all types of projects including commercial, industrial, retail, warehouse and distribution centers, municipal parks, municipal buildings, schools, military bases, sporting complexes, single-family residential, and multi-family residential. DNS employs only the most experienced and reliable workforce available to our industry, all of whom have had extensive training in their field and construction safety. All employees of DNS workforce are required to successfully complete competent person training courses attend weekly safety meetings.

President and Founder
David N. Sundstrom has been working in the local Northeast Florida construction industry since 1979 and working in the local underground utility and site work industry since 1987. Mr. Sundstrom is a Certified Building Contractor, Certified Excavation and Underground Utility Contractor and a Certified Class V Fire Protection System Contractor.
General Superintendent
Troy Credeur has been working in the construction industry since 1985 and actively working in the local underground utility and site work industry since 1987.
